Carla
Beautiful Carla was my last client on Friday before the weekend adventure started. She was the perfect woman to end a week with. To celebrate herself and her accomplishments Carla decided on her 40th B-day that she would try out for Ms. Colorado. As far as I am concerned she has already taken home the gold. What a stunning woman inside and out. I am so honored that she trusted me to help her with this process. I am attaching her slide show and some of my favorite images.

Hope and Charlie's March 14th Wedding
Hope was a stunner in personality and form! I loved her comment to me when we met in person for the first time two days before her wedding. "Kyla, I am 35. I waited this long to get married because I was not going to settle." I think it is safe to say that she did not settle. They make such a romantic match! Below is their wedding slide show.

Queen L.
For a little inspiration in the off season I collaborated with my girlfriend Michelle Campbell (www.mcmakeupandhair.com) to create a photo shoot with a "Queen Elizabeth" feel to it. Our inspiration for this was Lyndsay, well Lyndsay and her fantastic red hair! We were a bit limited in wardrobe and locations, but we persevered. Dare to Dress in Durango (www.daretodress.com) lent us the dress. We photographed in the General Palmer Hotel (www.generalpalmer.com) and in Jean Pierre's (www.jeanpierrebakery.com). Both locations were awesome and very accommodating considering our last minute scrabble to find a place to photograph.
Photos above taken at the General Palmer Hotel.
Photos below taken at Jean Pierre's Bakery.
This dress was a little bit big on Lyndsay. We had to clip the back, but took the clips off for these two images. Below: Lynsay captured right after rescuing herself from a "boobie" shot. :)
